Apostille Sacramento California

Apostille Sacramento California

We specialize in helping businesses and residents obtain a California Apostille directly from the Secretary of State in California.  We make the process easy saving you time, money, and the stress of figuring out how to obtain an Apostille all by yourself.

Our fast same-day service ensures you’ll receive your documents back the very next business morning. Common documents we receive are: Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Divorce Decree, Copy of Driver License, Copy of Passport, School Diploma and Transcripts, Corporate Documents, and more!

Documents issued by the State of California Vital Records office must be a certified original signed by the county clerk.  These documents include Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, and Marriage Certificates.  Certified original documents have a blue border with a slight pink color tone to the paper.  It’s also important that the document is signed by the county clerk and not a health officer (doctor).  Please call us for verification before mailing in your documents.

A divorce decree must be signed by the deputy clerk from the California Superior Court.  It’s important the deputy signs the document and also writes his/her name next to the signature.  The last page will have a blue/purple color seal stamped by the Superior Court of the county you were divorced in.

A copy of your driver license, passport, diploma, and transcripts must all be notarized by a California notary prior to receiving an Apostille.  A local notary will attach a document called a “California Copy Certification by Document Custodian.”  Please call or email us so we can email you this document.  You can find a local notary by searching online.

A power of attorney and affidavit must also be notarized.  The notary will attach either a California Jurat or a California Acknowledgement to the signed page depending on what’s appropriate.  Most notaries have these forms on hand.  You can also print out a copy by clicking on the corresponding link at the bottom left side of this website.

Some corporate documents automatically qualify for an Apostille while others will need to be notarized. Please call us for verification prior to mailing in your corporate documents.

Apostilles can be complicated. Don’t leave this process to untrained employees or non-professionals who do not fully understand the California Apostille process and the unique requirements of certain countries. Your paperwork could be rejected costing you time and money. Don’t let this happen to you!
