California Apostille Process

California Apostille Process

Obtaining a California Apostille doesn’t have to be a challenge.  We’re here to make the process easy!

Usually most people find out they need an Apostille when the other country is asking for one.  Documents sent to a country which is a member of the Apostille convention will ask that your documents be authenticated by the California Secretary of State.  These documents include a birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, power of attorney, copy of driver license, copy of passport, affidavit, corporate documents, and more.

In two simple steps, your documents will be on their way to our office for processing.

Step 1: Gather all the documents you need an Apostille on and call us at 1-888-810-4054 or 1-916-692-0211.  Note: Some documents will need to be notarized. It’s important to have all your originals so we can review them over the phone.

Step 2: Once we approve your documents, you can then overnight your original documents to our location for processing.  Be sure to send us your documents by FedEx or UPS for delivery before noon. As soon as  your documents have arrived, we’ll call you to verify your information on the Sacramento Apostille Order Form.

We’ll then schedule to meet with the California Secretary of State to process your documents.  Once processed, we’ll overnight the documents back to your location.  International shipping is available.

What makes our California Apostille service unique is that we can process your documents the same day we receive them.  We’re available to answer your questions Monday – Saturday 8am to 7pm.  You can send us a message using the form to your right or call us during our regular business hours to answer any questions you may have.  1-888-810-4054 or 1-916-692-0211
